1 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "the Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (hereinafter referred to as "the User", "you" or "your") and qqnusa (hereinafter referred to as "qqnusa", "the Platform", "we", "us" or "our") governing all access to, and use of, the qqnusa website accessible at https://qqnusa.click and any associated services, features, tools, content or functionality offered through the Platform.

qqnusa provides a Malaysia-focused online casino entertainment and sports betting information platform. Our services are designed for adult users based in Malaysia who wish to access casino game information, sports betting guidance, MYR payment resources, player reward details and responsible gambling tools.

By creating an account, accessing the Platform, clicking any acceptance checkbox, or otherwise engaging with qqnusa services, you confirm that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand their content and that you agree to be bound by all clauses contained herein. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease all use of the Platform.

2 Definitions

In these Terms, unless the context requires otherwise, the following terms carry the meanings set out below:

• "Account" means a registered user profile created on the qqnusa Platform by providing the required personal details and completing the verification process.
• "Platform" means the qqnusa website at https://qqnusa.click, including all pages, sub-pages, features, tools and services accessible through that domain.

• "User" means any individual who accesses, browses, registers on or uses the Platform in any capacity.

• "MYR" / "RM" means Malaysian Ringgit, the lawful currency of Malaysia and the currency in which all financial references on the Platform are expressed.

3 Account Eligibility

Access to and use of qqnusa Services is subject to the following eligibility requirements. You must satisfy all of the following criteria without exception:

3.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during which you use the Platform. qqnusa strictly prohibits access by individuals under the age of 21. We reserve the right to request documentary proof of age at any time, and accounts found to have been opened by underage individuals will be permanently closed with any associated balances forfeited in accordance with Applicable Law.

3.2 Geographic Eligibility

qqnusa is a Malaysia-focused platform. Users are responsible for determining whether their access to and use of the Platform is lawful under the laws of their jurisdiction. qqnusa makes no representation that its Services are appropriate or available for use in jurisdictions outside Malaysia. Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where such access is unlawful is done at the User's own risk and qqnusa accepts no liability in such circumstances.

3.3 Single Account Policy

Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered Account on the Platform. Registering multiple accounts, or attempting to do so, constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in the termination of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances or bonuses accumulated therein.

3.4 Capacity to Contract

By registering an Account, you represent and warrant that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract, that you are not subject to any court order, guardianship arrangement or legal disability that would prevent you from being bound by these Terms, and that your use of the Platform is entirely voluntary.

4 Account Registration

4.1 Registration Requirements

To create an Account, you must provide accurate, current and complete information as requested during the registration process. This includes, but is not limited to, your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address and preferred contact details. Providing false, misleading or incomplete information constitutes a breach of these Terms.

4.2 Account Verification (KYC)

qqnusa operates KYC procedures in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements. You may be required to submit supporting documentation to verify your identity, residential address and payment method ownership before deposits, withdrawals or certain account features are made available. Acceptable documentation may include, but is not limited to, a government-issued identity card, passport, recent utility bill or bank statement issued within the last three months.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. You must notify qqnusa immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation. qqnusa will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised Account access caused by your failure to maintain credential confidentiality.

4.4 Account Maintenance

You are responsible for keeping your Account information accurate and up to date. Any changes to your personal details, including your email address, residential address or phone number, must be updated promptly through the Account settings or by contacting qqnusa support. Account information must reflect your own personal details at all times — accounts held in a third party's name or on behalf of another individual are prohibited.

5 Terms of Use

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, qqnusa grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include any right to:

• reproduce, distribute, publicly display or create derivative works from any Platform Content;
• use automated tools, bots, crawlers or scrapers to access, extract or index Platform Content;
• use the Platform in any manner that could damage, disable or impair the operation of qqnusa systems or the experience of other users;
• access Platform systems or data other than through the interfaces expressly provided by qqnusa;
• sell, resell, transfer or sublicence access to the Platform or any component thereof; or
• use the Platform for any commercial purpose without prior written consent from qqnusa.

qqnusa reserves the right to monitor Platform use for compliance with these Terms. Any breach of this Clause may result in immediate suspension or termination of your Account and, where appropriate, referral to relevant authorities.

6 Deposits and Withdrawals

6.1 Accepted Payment Methods

qqnusa accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through a range of Malaysian payment channels, including Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, and direct bank transfers via Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank and Hong Leong Bank, as well as eligible credit and debit cards. Availability of specific payment methods may vary depending on your account verification status, payment provider policies and applicable transaction limits.

6.2 Currency

All deposits and withdrawals are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Where a payment is initiated in a foreign currency, applicable conversion rates and handling fees may apply at the discretion of the relevant payment provider.

6.3 Verification Before Withdrawal

Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in your own name. Prior to processing any withdrawal, qqnusa may require completion of KYC verification. Withdrawal requests made before verification is complete will be held pending until the required documentation has been received and approved.

6.4 Transaction Limits

Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts apply and are subject to periodic review. Current transaction limits are displayed within your Account settings and on the relevant payment information pages of the Platform.

6.5 Personal Funds Only

You must only deposit funds that belong to you and that you are legally entitled to use for this purpose. You must not deposit funds obtained through credit taken specifically for gambling, borrowed money, or funds held in trust for a third party. qqnusa reserves the right to request evidence of the source of funds where a transaction raises concern.

7 Bonuses and Promotions

qqnusa may from time to time offer Bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible Users. All Bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each individual promotion. In all cases, the following general conditions apply:

• Bonuses are offered at qqnusa's sole discretion and may be modified, withdrawn or replaced at any time without prior notice.
• Each Bonus offer specifies a wagering requirement that must be completed before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. Failure to meet the wagering requirement within the stated validity period will result in the Bonus and associated winnings being forfeited.
• Only one Bonus may be active per Account at any given time, unless otherwise specified in the promotion terms.
• Bonus funds may not be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash outside of the conditions stated in the applicable promotion terms.
• Attempting to exploit Bonus conditions through irregular betting patterns, abuse of multiple accounts or collusion with other users constitutes Bonus abuse and will result in forfeiture and potential Account termination.
• qqnusa reserves the right to void any Bonus and associated winnings where there are reasonable grounds to suspect abuse, misuse or circumvention of the applicable promotion terms.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the qqnusa Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension or permanent termination, forfeiture of balances, and where Applicable Law requires, referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Providing false or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent point during Account use;
• Allowing another individual to access or use your Account, or accessing or using an Account registered to another individual;
• Using automated software, bots or scripts to place bets, access game outcomes or extract data from the Platform;
• Engaging in match fixing, arbitrage betting or any form of coordinated exploitation of odds or game mechanics;
• Engaging in money laundering or using the Platform to facilitate, conceal or disguise the proceeds of unlawful activity;
• Abusing Bonus or promotional terms through the creation of multiple accounts, use of fictitious identities or systematic wagering patterns designed to circumvent wagering requirements;
• Harassment, abuse or threatening behaviour directed at qqnusa staff, support personnel or other Platform users; and
• Any other conduct that is unlawful, harmful, fraudulent or contrary to the spirit of fair and responsible Platform use.

9 Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in and to the Platform, including but not limited to the qqnusa brand name, logo, domain, website design, layout, Content, editorial material, software, code, databases, trade secrets and any associated materials, are and shall remain the exclusive property of qqnusa or its licensors.

Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title or interest in the intellectual property of qqnusa other than the limited licence to access and use the Platform as described in Clause 5. You may not reproduce, copy, publish, distribute or create derivative works from any qqnusa Content without prior written authorisation from qqnusa.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Applicable Law, qqnusa and its directors, employees, agents, licensors and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive loss or damage arising from or in connection with your access to, or use of, the Platform or its Services, including but not limited to:

• financial losses resulting from betting or gaming activity undertaken through the Platform;
• loss of data, account access, or winnings arising from technical failures, system outages or maintenance periods;
• errors or inaccuracies in published odds, game information or promotional content;
• unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security; and
• any reliance placed on Content published on the Platform for financial, legal or personal decision-making purposes.

Where liability cannot be excluded by law, qqnusa's aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11 Responsible Gambling

qqnusa is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices across all aspects of the Platform. Gambling should be an entertaining activity undertaken with a clearly defined personal budget, never as a means of generating income or resolving financial difficulties.

11.1 Self-Limit Tools

qqnusa provides registered Account holders with access to self-limit tools including deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits and cooling-off periods. You are encouraged to configure these tools during Account registration and to review them regularly. Requests to reduce a limit will take effect immediately; requests to increase a limit are subject to a mandatory review period.

11.2 Self-Exclusion

If you feel that your gambling activity is becoming difficult to control, you may request a self-exclusion period through your Account settings or by contacting qqnusa support at [email protected]. Self-exclusion requests will be processed promptly. During a self-exclusion period, you will be unable to access your Account, place bets or receive promotional communications from qqnusa.

11.3 Age Verification

qqnusa takes its obligation to prevent underage gambling seriously. We carry out age verification checks at registration and may carry out additional checks at any point during Account use. Any Account found to have been opened by, or on behalf of, a person under the age of 21 will be closed immediately.

12 Suspension and Termination

12.1 Termination by qqnusa

qqnusa reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently terminate your Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• breach of any provision of these Terms;
• suspected or confirmed fraudulent activity, money laundering or prohibited conduct as described in Clause 8;
• failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time following request;
• prolonged Account inactivity in excess of twelve (12) consecutive months; and
• any other circumstance that qqnusa determines, in its reasonable discretion, warrants account action.

12.2 Voluntary Closure by User

You may request voluntary closure of your Account at any time by contacting qqnusa support at [email protected]. Prior to closure, all pending wagering activity must be settled, any outstanding KYC documentation must be submitted, and any eligible balance in your Account will be returned to your verified payment method subject to standard processing conditions.

12.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination of your Account, your licence to use the Platform ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including but not limited to Clauses 8, 9, 10 and 13 — shall continue in full force.

13 Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, or their subject matter or formation, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Users acknowledge that they are solely responsible for determining whether their access to and use of qqnusa is lawful under the laws of their jurisdiction of residence.

qqnusa makes no representation that the Platform or its Services are appropriate or available for use in any particular jurisdiction, and any person who chooses to access the Platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is unlawful does so on their own initiative and bears sole responsibility for compliance with local laws.

14 Amendments

qqnusa reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, qqnusa will use reasonable efforts to provide Users with prior notice through a notice published on the Platform or by direct communication to the email address associated with your Account.

The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this document. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure as described in Clause 12.2.
